SHIPPING POLICY & DEADLINES
We ship worldwide! Our main shipping regions include the U.S., Canada, Australia, Europe, and Mexico.
All orders are processed within 3-10 business days before being shipped. Processing time is separate from shipping time. All shipping method applies after processing is complete. To ensure your items arrive on time for your festival, please place your order by the dates listed below.
Once an order has been shipped, the carrier assumes responsibility for transit.
Important: If tracking information provided by the carrier shows that an order has been marked as "Delivered", delivery is considered complete.
At that point, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Get Ravy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after delivery confirmation.
This includes (but is not limited to): Front door delivery, parcel lockers, mailroom, mailbox, community mailboxes. Customer are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location.
Get Ravy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by carrier.
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you did not receive your package:
Please contact the carrier directly to file a delivery investigation
Check with neighbors, building managment, or your local mail facility
We strongly recommend selecting Route Package Protection at checkout to protect against loss or theft.
We require customers to input their correct and complete shipping address during the checkout process. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, incomplete addresses, or package delivered to a different address provided by the customer.
Orders shipped to the address entered at checkout are considered fulfilled.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, custom processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. Please order by our deadlines listed below for specific upcoming events.
Chargebacks & "item not received" Claims
If tracking information confirms that an order has been delivered, chargebacks or refund requests filed as "item not received" will not be honored.
Filing a chargeback after confirmed delivery may result in account review or loss of future purchasing privileges.
We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can assist appropriately.
All Sales Final/No Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Get Ravy does not offer refunds once an order has been placed. Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled and responsibility transfers to the customer.
