Exchange Policy

Get Ravy does not offer refunds. We offer exchanges only, subject to the conditions below.

We thank you for choosing GET RAVY for your next event! We want you to know your shopping experience is very important to us. Please read our exchange policy carefully before purchasing items. We do not offer refunds, however, we will allow you to exchange your item for another size.

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a different size. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping if your exchange is accepted. We will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Orders that have entered processing or have been shipped cannot be canceled.

Damages

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please email us clear photos within 14 days of delivery. Approved damage claims may be eligible for a replacement or store credit.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, the carrier assumes responsibility during transit.

GET RAVY is not responsible for packages marked as delivered that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If tracking confirms delivery, the order is considered fulfilled. Please contact the carrier for any issues with your package being lost or stolen. 

We highly suggest purchasing Route Protection available at checkout. Route protects against lost or stolen packages.
