Exchange Policy

We thank you for choosing GET RAVY for your next event! We want you to know your shopping experience is very important to us. Please read our exchange policy carefully before purchasing items. We do not offer refunds, however, we will allow you to exchange your item for another size.

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a different size.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping if your exchange is accepted. We will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

Damages

We take responsibility for damaged or defective items. Please email us photos within 14 days of receiving your item/s. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier for any issues with your package being lost or stolen. 

We highly suggest purchasing Route Protection available at checkout. Route protects against lost or stolen packages.
