Please read our exchange policy carefully before purchasing items. Our customer service line is available 24/7 to assist with any sizing questions! We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a different size.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


You are responsible for the cost of shipping if your exchange is accepted. We will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

☆We do not offer refunds for event cancellations as all of our items are made to order.

LOST PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier for any issues with your package being lost or stolen.
